How do I get my laptop to connect to the internet using a wireless card?
I just bought a new netgear wireless card, & have it installed & it shows a very good connection to the router, but no internet connection. What steps need to be done to get it online?

- If your certain that you are connected to your wireless router (not your neighbors) then you might need to restart your router and internet modem.
- Verify that your router has a good connection to your Wide Area Network (the Internet - there should be an indicator on the router). If the connection is good, your problem may be with wireless security or the IP address you're using. Is the router set up for Static or Dynamic IP Addresses? Just some things to check that may help.
