How can I get a better connection with my wireless card ?
I am having major, connection issues with my new linksys wireless card that I have installed in my desktop. Some times I can connect with the base station at about 34 Mbps. and sometimes at 18 or even 12 Mbps. and I always lose the signal, and drop connection. I have a laptop, 3 floors down that gets, way better connection speeds (54 Mbps) and never loses the signal. Is there any way to improve the range of my wireless card ?

- Try checking for updates first/ re install the card. That may help.
