My wireless card in my pc is not working? I have an Hp is this something I can buy locally and have replaced?
I purchased my laptop with wireless card already installed. I beleive the card is fried now because I can no longer pickup any signals from my PC not even my own signal from home. I need my wireless is this something that can be fixed locally or do I need to send this back to HP?

- Try ti uninstall the Network Card through Computer Management and restart the PC. then, look for the wirless card then it should work. if not works need to check with PC technician or contact your dealer
- Try looking at the wireless card in Device Manager, The driver could be missing or maybe it needs to be updated or rolled back. Also Update windows. If you can't get it to work, they sell usb wireless adapters for around $15
