How and can i use a different ip address on my computer?

Is it possible to change my ip address or use a newly generated one everytime i visit websites?

1. If you're on a Dynamic IP connection then each time you connect you'll have a new IP address. Alternatively, you'll want to go via a Proxy site. Type "proxy web surf" into Google and you should get a huge list of Proxy surfing sites.
2. It is unlikely you have multiple addresses from your internet service provider (if you have a cable modem). So you cannot change it ever. If you are using DHCP through a router, you're changing it locally, but it still goes out of your cable modem with the same address for the modem. I agree with previous responder, use a anonymous surfing site. But then, they know where you are going (not that they care). In the end, nothing you do it completely "off the record" ever.
