Setting up Iphone onto my home wireless network?

My Iphone will not accept the password that I use on my netgear router to let me join the wirless network in my house. When I am prompted for the password on the iphone, surely it's the same password that I use to log-in to the router? Please help

1. I had a similar problem on my N95. I gave up on it in the end. The password you need will be the network key, not the one you use to log into the router. Log into the router and check the wireless settings for a WPA key or shared passkey.
2. I don't believe it is the password you use to log onto the router. It's the password you set that doesn't let anyone without the password onto your connection. Try to log onto the router and see the secruity tab. Turn the secruity features off and then try your iphone.
3. You need to enter the same wep key that you set on the router - the same one you use to access the wireless network on your computer. It should be 10 numbers for simple wep security. This is different than the password you may have used to access the router setup.
