How to set up PS3 on a Wireless PC Card?

I have a laptop running internet thru a verizion wireless pc card but can not figure out how to set the internet connection for the PS3

1. you should check out this site where you can get a playstation 3 for free (hey, that rhymes!)
2. Connect your PS3 via ethernet cable to your laptop. Connect to the internet normally. On your laptop, in Network connections (under control panel), click and highlight your ethernet and wireless card connections. Right click, and select "Bridge connection." To use your laptop internet again, select unbridge. You may have to purchase a crossover cable, as that's the way you're supposed to hook up 2 ethernet jacks, but I'm not sure. So if it doesn't work, you can always buy one of those. have your PS3 configured for wired ethernet.
