Wireless Card??...?

I have a notebook, wich it has wi-fi and i get free internet from my neighbors but only from the fist level. Im lookin 4 a wireless card that has enough power to catch free internet from great distances from my home. Someone told me that my notebook's wi-fi is stronger then any wireless card out there.. Is that true?? If not, wich wireless card yall recommend?? Thankx..

1. You will not be able to get something domestically available that will exceed 300 metres. You can a netgear rangemax 240 pcmcia adaptor for a notebook or an Edimax EW-7317UHg. I used to use a Hawking HWU8DD and got a signal from about 500 metres but it was effected by obstacles and atmospherics. You can make your own with dome shaped wire mesh and usb wireless adaptors but there is maths involved.
