Question about using a wireless lan pc card with a laptop:?
I am running an older laptop compaq armada 110. I have a lan wireless pc card and I want to lend it to my son to take on a business trip. At home I have it connected thru a netgear router with my dsl. Will my son be able to connect to the internet if he is staying at a hotel with an internet connection? Also what will he need as far as a connector? Any help is appreciated.

- as long as he has a wireless pc card in his laptop, he will be able to use wireless connection in hotels they provide with no problem.
