Can I play Quake I across my home wireless network ?
What I would like to do is the play Quake I across my home network which consists of 2 desktops using Wireless USBs and 4 Laptops (built in wireless). They are connected to a Wireless network provided by a Netgear wireless router and I was wondering if it is possible to link up these computers wirelessly to play Quake against each other over our wireless network. - You should be able to do that. Back in 1997-8, my coworkers networked Quake to play deathmatch across a 10BaseT ethernet network, so you should be able to play it across a G or N network.
