I would also like to see how much bandwith each user is using.

To see when your computer is active on the internet, check the logs on your router (enable them if they are disabled). There should be some DHCP and DNS logs that you can look at. Also, you will be able to see if amatuer hackers are accessing your network, (check to see what MAC addresses have logged on to your network). For bandwidth utilization, check to see what software is available for trial or purchase, these usually provide more information than many of the stock programs.
