What is host & domain name for PPPoE setting? Singnet broadband to setup home wireless network?
My modem is Thomson Speed Touch 536. Wireless router - Trendnet TEW 411 BRP plus. The ill informed Singnet technical support unable to advise how to configure so that the router & modem can "talk". Any SingNet Broadband customer knows? Singnet fellas say try using Singnet Broadband or singnet.com.sg as the host or domain name but does not work for me still. It seems they are taught to configure Linksys or D Link routers only. Others they say they are not trained.

- im not a singnet broadband customer. it's sad that their technical support wasn't a lot of help to you. if their PPPoE connection requires a host and domain name, then they should've provided you with those... if their PPPoE connection does not require those names, you can try leaving them blank, just make sure you have the correct PPPoE username and password, then try connecting...
