How do I unistall my Belkin wireless PC card?

If I click remove in "add/remove software" it wouldn´t do anything. If I click uninstall in "programmes" it will ask me for the setup CD, but still nothing happens. Can anyone help? Thanks

  1. Isert the cd and click run then enter setup.exe and then install. This will probably give U a new uninstall feature...Good Luck...{:-{}.
  2. I had the same problem with my Linksys card. I tried uninstalling it only to find the program still listed in the "add/remove" program list and bits and pieces of it... ie. .dll files etc. still on the computer. I had to clean my drive using CCleaner. It is a shareware and can assist in finding files that are not in use are that no longer associate with other files. It is possible that you partially unistalled the program or that duplicate copies of certain files may be in certain folders on your pc... like drivers etc. Follow the advice of the first poster above and try to overwrite the files with a new intall... sometimes it will begin the unistall process for you or just overwrite your existing installation. Hopefully you didn't go into the programs folder and delete the files yourself as this will only confuse the association with the "add/remove" programs feature and your computer will behave as if it still has the program in its system. However, if you didn't remove it manually first and tried the "add/remove" feature with no luck, then proceed with a drive cleaner or kill box program to rid yourself of any file association... kill box if more on the manual side if all else fails. Good luck!
