trying to set up wireless pc card on friends laptop with windows 2000 and hitting a brick wall.?
the card and drivers have been installed. the card is "enjoy" wireless LAN wireless pc card. computer recognizes the card but cannot get online. if i go directly from modem to laptop i have internet. the router is setup correctly, i am using it now on my laptop. on the control panel there is no "wireless link" or wireless settings like on my xp os. could this be part of the problem am i doing something wrong?

- Yes, your running win 2000.. That was a complete failure, and also the card's drivers aren't designed to run on Win2000...
