It is one that I slide in to my Dell Latitude laptop C600 that is running XP. The device is working properly. BUT! In "Network Connections," the computer thinks that it is a LAN connection. I don't know how to tell it that it's a wireless connection. Therefore, I cannot select "View Available Wireless Connections" etc or anything like that. How do I fix this? Someone told me something about disabling the Wireless Zero service. Still doesn't work, so I re-enabled the service. Also, the wirless card is sort of old: the latest driver on the linksys website is from 2001. But it was a good price and I would like to work. Any advice or suggestions?
