Is The Standard Laptop About To Say Goodbye?
With the introduction of new devices such as the iPad which has proved to be immensely popular, it is understandable that many people are now wondering if we will be seeing the end of the standard laptop. When you think about it, these new devices are certainly more attractive than the laptop and they do seem to be able to do almost anything. So is there going to come a day when we will look at our laptops as old fashioned relics? We can never tell what the future holds, but I personally don’t believe that the tablet format will replace the laptop and here’s why.
- A lot of people incorrectly assume that the tablet is new to the market but in actual fact it was used back in the eighties. Although many people thought that it would become the future of computing back then, this did not happen. That is why many people don’t believe that it is going to happen this time.
- The tablet has a number of limitations and perhaps the biggest one is the fact that it is not ideal for typing. It is handy enough for anyone who just wants to send the odd email but it would not be great for those who had to use it for the whole day. Anyone who spends most of their day typing will realize that they could not type all day on a screen keyboard. This alone should be enough to ensure a long future for the laptop.
- It is often claimed that the screens on the tablets are not durable enough for constant use. They are fine for using occasionally but they would not be able to handle the amount of use that our laptops would get.
- Another advantage of the laptop is the fact that it folds in half because this means the screen and keyboard are protected and this is not the case with a tablet.
Moby Memory memory cards are items found in several things in today’s era. 2gb micro SD cards are a good illustration. More items you will find them widely accessible in are MKV Media Player.
