If you’re looking for their work email address your job will be a little easier-at least it should be. Find out who the person works for and go to their website. One of these attempts should work. However if you have no idea where the person works or goes to school and/or you don’t know much about the person, you can always go to one of the many different people search engines that are available for free online.
If they don’t have an email directory, try using the person’s full name, first name followed by last name at the company site address. If this doesn’t work, try using just the first initial of the first name followed by the last name.
If you’re not successful with this angle, try going to one of the numerous people finder sites online. Worst case scenario, try to get a phone number for the person or a member of their family and call them if you still can’t find email addresses that you need.
